If you are using a Sat Nav or Google Maps, please enter the postcode EH3 8AS.
 

 

Directions from Lothian Road:

If you are heading up Lothian Road (from Princes Street), turn left onto Fountainbridge.

 

Head along Fountainbridge, continuing straight ahead at the roundabout.

 

After the roundabout, take the next right down Grove Street.

(Please note that Grove Street is a one-way street.)

 

Once on Grove Street, take the first left - Brandfield Street.

 

As you head along Brandfield Street you will see the entrance to The Foundry's visitor parking on your left.

 

Once you have parked, follow the signage back out of the car park, along Brandfield Street and round onto Melvin Walk. They will lead you to the main front entrance of The Foundry - through which you will find our brand new marketing suite and stunning showflats.

 

 

Directions from Dundee Street:

If you are heading into town from Dundee Street, continue until the street becomes Fountainbridge.

 

After you pass the Springside site on your left, take the next left down Grove Street.

(Please note that Grove Street is a one-way street.)

 

Once on Grove Street, take the first left - Brandfield Street.

 

As you head along Brandfield Street you will see the entrance to The Foundry's visitor parking on your left.

 

Once you have parked, follow the direction signs back out of the car park, along the remainder of Brandfield Street, and round onto Melvin Walk. The signage will lead you to the main entrance of The Foundry - through which you will find our brand new marketing suite and stunning showflats.
