Oberlanders have been working at Springside from the very start. As Masterplanner and Lead Architect, Oberlanders created the vision that is now transforming the historical brewery land into the award winning new neighbourhood. Springside is now acknowledged as the benchmark standard for new urban residential development. Every detail has been considered, from high quality architecture, streets and public realm, to state-of-the-art subterranean waste bins and underground car parking, to integrated tree planting within the streets.
