Springside is emerging right now.
Construction work is continuing apace across the eight-acre site. New homes are being finished, the underground car park is complete, a new street is set to connect Fountainbridge and the West Approach Road and student residences are coming up along Dundee Street.
The first homes at Springside are now more than a vision, with structure and shape beginning to emerge. After a successful launch of 58 apartments in February 2008, when one third of homes were sold in one day, a further release was made in Spring 2009. These homes are being completed now with two show homes available to view in Inglis Point.
