Springside is emerging right now.
Construction work is continuing apace across the eight-acre site. New homes are rising rapidly, the underground car park is bedding in and student residences are coming up along Dundee Street.
The first homes at Springside are now more than a vision, with structure and shape beginning to emerge. After a successful launch of 58 apartments in February 2008, when one third of homes were sold in one day, a further release is set for Spring 2009.
