The Foundry nominated for 'City Apartment of the Year'

Less than a year since its launch, The Foundry at Springside has reached the finals of the Scottish Home Awards, and is in the running to be named ‘City Apartment of the Year’.
Award-shortlisted apartments are still available at The Foundry, where prices start from £160,000. A new sales suite and two showhomes are open daily, from 11am-5:30pm Friday to Wednesday, and from 11am-7pm on Thursday.
The Scottish Home Awards is the annual celebration of the best new-build housing in the country and the winners will be announced at a ceremony in Glasgow on Thursday 28 June.
We know that the judges are looking for cosmopolitan and chic city living at its finest, with great quality of build and design, a desirable location and exceptional interiors. We believe that The Foundry exemplifies that criteria.
