Springside scoops top regeneration award

Springside, one of the most exciting new addresses in Edinburgh, has scooped a prestigious regeneration award from RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The accolade recognises Springside’s contribution to transforming Fountainbridge and its commitment to upholding the industrial legacy of the area. As a winner of a RICS Scotland Award, Springside will now be up against international competition at the RICS Awards Global Finals, taking place in October.
