Fountain Court secure record occupancy levels
« Back to latest news
Fountain Court, the luxury serviced apartment company located in Fountainbridge and the West End of Edinburgh, is celebrating its most successful year to date after securing record revenue and occupancy levels.
The one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments have hosted thousands of visitors from across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Americas, drawn to Edinburgh’s cosmopolitan culture and flourishing business centre.
Located only a stone’s throw from Springside, Fountain Court ideally bridges the capital’s main financial district with the west end, and old town, appealing to both business and leisure travellers.
Due to the ever increasing demand for serviced apartments, Fountain Court has recently opened a brand new 4 star deluxe property in the very heart of Edinburgh’s city centre. The ‘Stewart’ property features 31 stunning apartments in Young Street, just around the corner from the restaurants and shops of George Street.
With Fountainbridge’s regeneration in full flow, the next year is expected to build on this success and attract increased custom from around the world.
