Early Sales Success at The Foundry

Only a month after completion, and less than four months after the launch of our new city centre address, we’re pleased to announce that a third of the first release of homes at The Foundry have been sold.

This sales success comes just weeks before we unveil two new show apartments at the multi-million pound development.

With prices starting from £160,000, The Foundry offers a wide range of contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments, located in the heart of Springside – one of the Capital’s most successful city-centre redevelopment projects.

The Foundry has generated a great deal of interest since its launch in autumn last year and we have worked closely with buyers to offer tailor-made solutions, ensuring that a new home at Springside is within reach. We’re confident that this positive run of sales will continue in 2012, and look forward to unveiling more of what Springside has to offer when the new show apartments are opened later this month.
